Basic Inspection
This home inspection includes a checklist home inspection report without annotated pictures. This is a customized computer generated checklist style of report with summaries for Defects and Safety Issues (if found) on the day of inspection. If a re-inspection of the property is desired after repair work has been completed, there will be an additional cost of $75 for each 1/2 hour. Most re-inspections are completed within 1/2 hour.
