Your water heater is a very important appliance that is in every home in Wisconsin. As part of your home inspection, we will visually examine the water heater to make sure it is functioning safely on the day of your home inspection.We do find problems and when we do, you can be assured they will appear on your home inspection report. We will make sure the water heater turns on and off using the normal operating controls and we also check for natural gas leaks and carbon monoxide leaks during this evaluation.
