Construction Draw Inspections
Some lenders require inspections before releasing funds for a home construction loan. Certain phases must be completed and materials must be purchased on a specific schedule to keep the project moving. A draw inspection verifies that these items have been completed. A report including digital photographs are submitted to the lender as verification.
All requests for a draw inspections will be completed within 24 hours after the request has been made. There will be a minimum of 8 photographs taken at the job site. More photographs may be requested.
The costs per inspection varies, but an average price is $75 per inspection.
