The report on the left would be similar to the look of the inspection report you will receive from us. This is only a few pages of a much larger report. You will notice there is a color coded explanation of the observations made during the inspection. Home maintenance suggestions are color coded in Blue. Significant defects are color coded in Brown and any safety issues are color coded in Red. You will notice we do not use the checklist report which makes it very difficult to provide a legible explanation. We only include the components in our report that pertain to your home. In other words, we don't shoe-horn your home into a pre-printed form that has every possible component listed to confuse you. Lastly, we use pictures throughout the report that supplement the written notes to make our findings educational for you.
