I will visit the property with you to point out major problems and potential major problems. You take your own notes. No written report with this type of inspection is provided. This type of inspection is not a home full home inspection per the Wisconsin Standards of Practice of the State of Wisconsin. If you choose to have a full home inspection after the offer is accepted, we will credit a portion of the fee towards that inspection.
