After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tri-State University in 1985, my career path brought me to Wisconsin. Over time, several of the companies I worked for either moved out of state or were sold, eventually making me a displaced worker.
With deep ties to Sheboygan, my wife—a licensed real estate broker—knew both my technical skills and my desire to help others. She suggested I explore a new path: home inspections. I took the challenge seriously, passed the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) exam (which has a notoriously high failure rate), and obtained my State of Wisconsin credentials.
On April 25, 2006, we officially launched 4-Square Home Inspections, LLC.
From day one, our mission has been to deliver thorough, honest, and customer-focused inspections. We’re proud of the many heartfelt reviews we’ve received from homeowners and buyers who appreciated the insights we provided during one of life’s biggest investments—their home.
