Foundation Certifications As the official Wisconsin representative for Foundation Certifications, I perform the required field inspections for manufactured home foundation certification requests in our service area. These inspections are necessary for many FHA, VA, and conventional loans involving manufactured homes.

All government-backed loans (FHA/VA) and many conventional lenders now require proof that the home's foundation complies with HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Housing (PFGMH HUD-7584). This documentation must come from a licensed professional engineer.

We do not issue the engineering certification ourselves. Our role is to conduct the on-site field inspection. Once complete, your report and photos are submitted to Foundation Certifications’ engineering team, who review the findings and provide the final signed and sealed certificate.
