Home Inspection Standards of Practice
Our home inspections are performed in accordance with the Wisconsin Standards of Practice for home inspectors (Wis. Admin. Code SPS 131). These standards define the minimum scope of a home inspection and report for residential property in Wisconsin.
In addition, we use nationally recognized inspection frameworks and best practices (including the InterNACHI® Standards of Practice) as a reference for consistent inspection methods and clear reporting. Where these guidelines differ, the requirements of Wisconsin SPS 131 govern the scope of the inspection.
