Knowledge
Greg is the only Home Inspector with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering performing home inspections in Sheboygan County. Every home inspector in Wisconsin must be licensed by the State and renewed every two years. Other qualifications vary by inspector—be sure to choose one with the most knowledge.
Full Time
We are a full-time home inspection company. Many inspectors work part-time, but we take your inspection seriously. Since this is all we do, we stay current on industry news and continue our education to provide the best inspection possible. Ask your inspector if this is their full-time profession.
Insured
Insurance is not required for Wisconsin Home Inspectors, but we carry both Errors and Omissions (Professional Liability) and Business Liability Insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request. Would you hire a doctor without malpractice insurance?
