Our Premium Home Inspection service includes much more than the competition. It includes everything in our Standard Home Inspection, plus a free inspection follow-up 6 months after your closing — included in the price.
This follow-up gives you time to settle in and review the original report with us, making sure your home is adapting well to your family. This is especially helpful for first-time buyers or families relocating to Wisconsin. Be sure to contact us after closing so we can schedule this within 6 months. Offer expires after 6 months.
We check for natural gas leaks around major appliances (furnace, water heater, stove, fireplace, etc.) and test for carbon monoxide in the furnace plenum. Be sure to ask other inspectors if they include these — most don’t.
Your personalized inspection report includes annotated photos and is delivered within 24 hours — usually the same day. We handle all scheduling and confirmation for you.
You’re welcome to join us on-site for the inspection. We’ll explain findings, answer questions, and provide home maintenance tips. My job is to help you!
Pricing starts at $429 for homes under 1000 sq. ft. and less than 75 years old. Includes one free re-inspection (a $75 value) within 6 months of closing.
