What’s Included in Our Standard Home Inspection

Inspector on LadderOur standard inspection service includes much more than most competitors. We check for natural gas leaks around your appliances (furnace, water heater, stove, fireplace, etc.) and test for carbon monoxide in the furnace plenum—services many inspectors don’t offer. Be sure to ask other inspection companies what they include.

You will receive a personalized, annotated home inspection report with embedded photos, typically delivered within 24 hours—often the same day. We handle all the scheduling and confirmation for you.

Most conscientious buyers choose this inspection package because they want a comprehensive understanding of the home before moving forward. As the only Wisconsin BBB-accredited home inspector serving Sheboygan County, we offer you the opportunity to be present at the inspection to review the findings onsite. I’ll take time to answer your questions and share maintenance advice that will help you care for your home long after closing.
