What’s Included in Our Standard Home Inspection

Our standard inspection service includes much more than most competitors. We check for natural gas leaks around your appliances (furnace, water heater, stove, fireplace, etc.) and test for carbon monoxide in the furnace plenum—services many inspectors don’t offer. Be sure to ask other inspection companies what they include.

You will receive a personalized, annotated home inspection report with embedded photos, typically delivered within 24 hours—often the same day. We handle all the scheduling and confirmation for you.
